Omni Store

Designer: Cuhaci & Peterson

The Omni store reinvents the century-old model of grocery shopping by transforming and connecting retail stores to the virtual shopping experience in a way that is known as phygital (marrying a physical concept with a digital: sort of a new iteration of click-and-mortar). Simply put, it is retail reimagined.

Masterplan

Stefan Shaw Studio
Developer: Thirteen Homes

A Feasibility study for a mixed use residential-led masterplan in the borough of Redcar and Cleveland, three miles from the centre of Middlesbrough. The site contained residual 1950's post war housing that was dilapidated and in need of major renovation. The proposals re-imagined the distribution of public space in and around the former residential areas.

Teatro Pacifico

​A concept project for a new theatre in Argentina, developed as part of a student project in Architecture.  Demian uses ARki to showcase the potential of architectural communication through AR.
